Precision Proco are currently looking for an individual who is quality check minded with good communication and PC skills to join our expanding team in Dagenham as a Night Shift Case Making Operator. The role demands the ability to work in a time sensitive environment driven by a strict production schedule so motivation and organisation is essential.
Duties to include
· Operate case making line
· Understand operational values and set up icons
· Navigate set-up screens
· Input programmes and adjustments
· Run various substrates
· Perform routine maintenance
· Knowledge of managing case making glue
· Controlling viscosity
· Ensuring no warp present in covers
· Batch sheet signing and scanning
Night Shift 18:00pm - 04.00am

Precision Proco are currently looking for someone to cleanse and format client databases for the purpose of print or continual updating, setting of document templates for print use using Quadient GMC, Cygnus & Microsoft packages, proofing and report making for clients.

The main duties of a Data Processing Operative are:
To work on data from client specification
To create printing template to client specification
Troubleshoot data issues
To work with print departments on approval of jobs for laser, digital or inkjet printing
This role sits within the Quality & Implementation Team within a London Print Manufacturing Company and involves regular co-ordination & communication with all Production Teams & Management. There could potentially be a requirement for occasional travel to other UK sites and occasional change of hours for the purpose or sharing best practise and training across Production shift hours.
The Main focus of this role is for efficiencies to be continually revised/increased by eliminating Waste and improving Production KPI targets. Projects using Lean Six Sigma principles are conducted & completed on time having achieved the desired results, Continuous improvement of Quality/Lean across Site and data Customer Satisfaction is heading in the right direction.

Duties to include: All aspects of print finishing from set up to run, Maintaining all finishing equipment, Finishing Ganged Products, Working to HSE guidelines, General housekeeping.
Applicants should have experience in the following; Stitching Lines, Fold Machines, Laminating, Guillotine. (Horizon Stitch liner and Polar Guillotine experience preferred)
Mon-Fri Late Shift
As the receptionist and office administrator, the key purpose of this role is to ensure everyone who calls or visits Precision Proco receives a positive, professional, and efficient experience every single time. To ensure all administration activities are organised to facilitate the smooth and efficient running of the office environment, and to coordinate and support all customer facing activity within the office.
Managing suppliers and other stakeholders in the purchasing and physical delivery of raw materials to cost, schedule and quality and the purchase of raw material and general supplies including raising orders, chasing deliveries and processing refunds when goods are not met to standards.
