Philip is a Non-Executive Director and advisor on our board.
During the early years of his career, Philip held a variety of finance roles at Hanson PLC, who at the time were the UK’s biggest merger and acquisition conglomerate. From there he spent a decade on the Executive Leadership Team of British Airways, primarily as Director of Business Services with responsibility for IT, Procurement, Finance & People Services and Property.
Philip is also currently an advisor with Accenture.
As CEO of Precision Proco Group and Where The Trade Buys, Gary oversees all our expansion and innovation activity, with particular focus on the ecommerce and digital business units.
Gary has 34 years’ experience in print and graphic arts technology, delivering print as a product and marketing solution to brands in the B2B, B2C and B2B2C spaces. He’s a passionate champion of the business advantages of automation, utilisation and productization.
During his time at Precision Printing, Gary progressed from reprographics to commercial management to CEO. He also co-founded Oneflow Systems, which developed automated cloud-based workflow technology to enable business growth based on low value orders delivered through digital printing. The business was bought by Hewlett Packard (HP) in 2019.
Gary has been Non-Exec Director at the British Print Federation, Global Chairman of Dscoop – the HP Indigo user group – and held advisory roles for OEM’s highlighting the value placed on a collaborative approach to business.
He lives in Essex with his wife and two sons, and enjoys cycling, skiing, fitness and travel.
As COO, along with ensuring our whole team is fired up and ready to deliver, and our culture of innovation continues to thrive, Jon is spearheading our Group Sales & Marketing activity which includes our exciting new print management initiative and global technology platforms.
With over 20 years' experience of cutting-edge digital print technology and a passion for exquisite customer service, Jon is dedicated to keeping print relevant. His passion for print, combined with his approach to leadership, culture and customer engagement, has rocketed ProCo to the top of the list when it comes to innovative Commercial Print.
As the youngest person to have been awarded the prize for ‘Outstanding Contribution to the Industry’ by the British Printing Industry Federation, and a double winner of UK Print Company of the Year, ProCo is a forward-thinking marketing operations business that’s considered one of the leading influencers in the world of print.
Jon is the current Chairman of the global board of Dscoop – now one of the world's largest digital print user groups with over 7,000 members – where he continues to evangelise on why life really is better when its printed.
As well as being a full time leader, Jon is a part-time husband and dad of three (according to this family) and occasional adventurer!
Andy is the production brains behind Precision Printing, the market-leading mass customisation printer known for its premium quality bespoke solutions.
After starting out as a lithographic offset apprentice through a BPIF apprenticeship scheme, Andy’s career went full circle when he was made South East regional Chairman of the BPIF in 2015.
Andy joined Precision in 1999 with ten years of shop floor industry knowledge under his belt. He quickly rose through the business, moving from Production Manager, Production Director and Group Operations Director to become COO in 2015.
Andy has a particular interest in working with global suppliers on R&D innovations and is an expert in lean manufacturing and people management. His passion for new technology will help us further revolutionise our operations and create a world-leading operations team.
When not playing golf, Andy trains and teaches Karate and has passed his black belt twice. A true petrolhead at heart, he loves tinkering and talking about cars. He has three children and lives in Hertfordshire.
